聰明的運用各種精油

自從認識最高品質的精油,已經很少用到生薑了。Ginger essential oil 無論在烹調上(杞子龍眼薑茶,黑糖薑茶,薑汁炒芥蘭 …..)或生活上(薑+薰衣草泡浴+ 薑油按摩溫暖全身 ,薑油舒緩受創韌帶……) 都超級方便及效果卓越,但講到食白切雞的薑,就必須用有機的新鮮薑無疑 。

用愛心加上新鮮材料的晚餐,特別好味 !
